How LOCUS works for builders, agents and their buyers.

Who can use LOCUS?

Builders and developers, real estate agencies and their agents. Realshare verifies every organisation before it can sell on the platform.

How does holding a unit work?

An agent holds a unit for their buyer while the buyer pays the block amount. During the hold nobody else can sell it, and every screen shows it as held. If the payment is not completed, the unit goes back on sale by itself.

How is the agent’s commission paid?

Realshare holds the agent’s commission out of the buyer’s booking payment and pays it once the builder confirms the sale. Any part the payment does not cover is paid by the builder directly and recorded against the sale.

Can a unit be sold in shares?

Yes. In a fractional project every unit is split into equal shares, and each buyer can take one or more of them. Commission and receipts follow each buyer’s own share.

Do buyers get receipts?

Every payment gets a numbered receipt the moment it is made, shared with the buyer by private link, email and WhatsApp. Buyers do not need an account.

Which property types are supported?
